Your property will be advertised on our website in four languages: English, French, Italian and Russian. We use all major internet advertising programs e.g. Google Adwords, Yahoo/Microsoft Bing. If required, details will also be distributed to the most popular listing sites.

PAC reply within 2 hours to 90% of customers’ online enquiries and answer phone calls from 8am to 8pm, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information about properties, tariffs and availability.
As soon as customers are prepared to book, PAC send them a link to a secure booking page for online payment and reservation. PAC notify the owners of the property as soon as payment is received.
After a deduction of PAC commission, the rental fees are transferred to the owner’s bank account on a monthly basis.
Whether the property is booked through our website or rented privately by you to your customers or friends, we are here to make sure that both your property and guests are well looked after.
We liaise with the customer, providing all relevant information about airport transfers, ski passes, getting to the property, maps, directions etc. Before arrival we double check that the property is warm, clean and tidy.
Upon the guests’ arrival, we meet them at the property, provide them with all essential resort information, demonstrate how all appliances work and show them all facilities, such as ski lockers, garage etc. We also request a security deposit, which we hold for the duration of the guests’ stay. We are on call for any assistance or repair during the guests’ stay.
We fully inspect the property prior to check out and returning the deposit. If any breakages are discovered, part or whole of the deposit will be retained to cover any replacement costs.
We provide pure cotton linen including towels on a hire basis.
Offered for hire: bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels.
A cleaning service is provided between rental periods and if required, daily or twice weekly during a guest’s stay.
At the end of each season we can provide deep cleaning on request.
Standard cleaning during changeover days includes: cleaning of all bathrooms, (wet cleaning of all tiled, glazed and chrome surfaces as well as tubs, basins and toilets), cleaning of kitchen (wet cleaning of all tiled, glazed and chrome surfaces as well as cleaning of sinks and external surfaces of kitchen appliances), cleaning of all mirrors in the property, wet or vacuum-cleaning all floors, dusting all surfaces.
If required, we can provide, between rental periods, specialist cleaning of whirlpool system/jets in the bathtubs, jacuzzi, windows.
Timely repairs and maintenance work are extremely important for the comfort and wellbeing of you and your guests and not least for retaining the value of your property.
When needed, we arrange repairs by qualified insured and trusted tradesmen, who fix the problem as soon as possible. We provide access to the site and if required supervise the work. During rental periods, arranging repairs and essential minor maintenance (except specialists’ repairs) is covered by our rental management charges.

As much as we love the powder on the slopes, no one likes to park their car into a snow drift.
.... and you know the problem - if the snow is not cleared quickly, it turns to ice and can no longer be shovelled.
Solution: we will provide regular snow clearance around your property, keeping your driveway, parking and footpaths accessible all the time.
Your property is of immense value to you and obviously you are concerned about its security, particularly when it stays unoccupied and you are hundreds if not thousands of miles away.
On your behalf we will visit your property for routine security checks as often as you consider necessary. During a visit we will check: gates and fences,external doors, windows and shutters, the condition of the roof (visual inspection from the ground), rainwater pipes, gutters and rainwater drainage (visual inspection from the ground), the temperature inside the property, ceiling and walls for any water leakage, the fuse box for tripped circuit breakers.
A security check report will be emailed to you after inspection and we will notify you immediately if anything requires attention.
