Gaillands is a bright and very well maintained apartment offering stunning views and fully equipped with all modern comforts.

The flat is on the 3rd floor of a multi apartment building and can be accessed by stairs or a lift.

An ideal place to stay for a family of 3 or a couple, the flat is based in a chalet style building in a quiet cul de sac near Lac des Gaillands.

The flat is well laid out and comfortably sleeps up to 3 people and a baby / toddler. The main bedroom can sleep two in a double bed or twin beds, and the sofa on the mezzanine level can be transformed into a double bed. On the mezzanine there is also space for a baby cot.

The light high-ceilinged living room has a dining table which seats 4 and a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, electric kettle oven/grill and micro wave.

The mezzanine is accessed via an easy ladder from the main room and can be turned into a second bedroom / sleeping area or used as a lounge space.

The modern bathroom is small but perfectly laid out with a full sink, a bath and a fixed shower overhead. There is a separate WC.

The flat has a South-East facing balcony accessable from the main room and offering stunning views over the Lac des Gaillands towards Les Houches and the Glacier des Bossons.

The apartment is rented out with with private underground parking space and a ski locker in the basement of the building. Additional unallocated parking is available outside, in front of the building.

The apartment is located across the road from the “Accro Park” and the famous “Rocher des Gaillands” where the Chamonix climbing school is based.

Located on the edge of town, the nearest bus stop is about 100 yards away and offers a regular free shuttle service to and from the slopes and the centre of Chamonix which is about 2km / 20 mins walk. Les Pélerins train station is 5 minutes walk and is a stop on the “Mont Blanc Express”, a train service from Servoz to Martigny (Switzerland). The Mont Blanc Express train takes you to the centre of Chamonix in 6 minutes.

Gemütliches Apartment in toller Lage

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und entspricht auch in Wirklichkeit den Fotos. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr gut. Alle praktischen Dinge, die man in einem Haushalt braucht, sind vorhanden. Eine Orangebox, mir der man IPTV empfangen kann, und ein zeitgemäßer Fernseher sind ebenfalls da. Das WLAN war stabil und schnell. Die ruhige Lage mit Blick auf den See ist traumhaft. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Bus, dessen Haltestelle sich in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet, schnell im Zentrum. Zu Fuß braucht man dazu aber auch nur 20 Minuten. Die Betreuung durch Alex und seine Frau war sehr professionell und nett. Dieses Apartment ist absolut empfehlenswert!
